The funny bone is a nerve called the ulnar nerve that runs from your shoulder to your hand. It rests against a bone in your upper arm called the humerus at the back of your elbow. When it bangs or rubs against the humerus, it creates a burning or tingling sensation. The dead ringer is that H. antecessor Adolf Hitler is holding a bone and saying, “funny bones”, which is “humerus”.
